Return & Refund Policy

3.1 7-Day Exchange Window

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. You may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Attached with all original brand tags and “Sutra Silk” luxury packaging.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-Stitched Orders: Any garment tailored to your specific measurements cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale Items: Articles purchased during clearance or flash sales are final.

3.3 Defect Claims

Our quality control team inspects every thread before dispatch. However, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect:

  1. Notify us at claims@sutrasilk.store within 48 hours.
  2. Provide photos of the defect and the invoice.
  3. We will provide a full replacement or a 100% refund upon verification.

3.4 Refund Method

Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 7–10 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD), we offer store credit or bank transfers.
